Acceptance. By entering this promotion you are deemed to have accepted, and will be bound by, these terms and conditions.

Eligibility. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. Employees of Greene King, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter. Winner selection. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across all participating Metropolitan Pub Company venues and their associated social media accounts.

Prize. One winner will receive two tickets to Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on 27th September courtesy of Asahi Super Dry. The prize does not include travel to or from the venue, accommodation, food and drink or any other expenses
8. The terms and conditions of any third-party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third-party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned. No cash or other alternative to the prize will be offered unless in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value than the original.

Notification. The winner will be informed of their prize within 2 working days following the end of the promotion, unless otherwise specified.
11. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner[s] using the details on entry. However, if a response has not been received within [48 hours], or if the selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same process referred to above in these terms and conditions. Delivery. The winner will receive their prize within 10 working days following the end of the promotion, unless otherwise specified.

Ticket Terms and Conditions: Each winner and his/her guest(s) as applicable agree to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to the issue and use of tickets from time to time as available and set out at

Further each winner and his/her guest(s) acknowledge that he/she may be required to enter into a direct acknowledgement and/or agreement with WRED and/or the Tournament Organiser concerning use of the tickets and compliance with ticket terms and conditions prior to receiving the prize.
a.
Negative Publicity: Winners and/or guests shall not, while using any Women’s Rugby World Cup tickets, display or publicise any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, images containing logos of competitors and overt brand sponsorship or anything else deemed to be ambush marketing or an abuse of the Women’s Rugby World Cup, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights) or reflects negatively upon any of WRED or the Women’s Rugby World Cup. Each entrant agrees and acknowledges that any breach of this clause 6.1.2 shall cause significant damage and loss to WRED.
b.
Data Protection: By completing the RWC 2025 Winners Acceptance Form you are agreeing to receive emails from the Promoter unless you opt-out of such correspondence. Your information shall be securely stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter shall not share your details with anyone else.
c.
Use of Data: The Promoter may pass personal information relating to prize winners to WRED and/or Tournament Organiser (and any of their service providers or agents) for the purposes of monitoring the distribution and use of Rugby World Cup tickets and related experiences and, in the event of a suspected breach of any terms and conditions, rules or regulations of WRED and/or tournament organiser relating to the use of such tickets and/or experiences, investigating and taking action against such winners.

Responsibility for Promotion: This promotion is run by the Promoter with the permission of WRED. Accordingly the Promoter is responsible for the operation of and all matters and concerns relating to the promotion, not WRED or any other persons involved in the staging of Rugby World Cup 202520272029 (including Tournament Organiser) and World Rugby (formerly the International Rugby Board), all of whom shall not be responsible for or liable to entrants in any way whatsoever in connection with this promotion, except in relation to the handling of personal data it may receive from the Promoter.
