The Metropolitan is one of the elder statesman of the group, with its iconic status reaching the far depths of London. The Metropolitan has a long standing notoriety for its infamous Notting Hill Carnival after parties, as well as it’s legendary status for all things bank holiday Sunday.
Along with these stalwarts, the newly refurbished Metropolitan has added a few more strings to its bow. The latest reincarnation has brought back many of the original features as well as a new vibrant interior, boasting all the character you would associate with the legend itself.
Sky sports brings you all major sporting events & our weekly music night ‘Portobello Acoustic Sessions’ (in its sixth year), along with out ‘Funky Fridays’ & Saturday DJ events complete our vast entertainment offer.
The new food offer is all about sharing & getting your hands dirty, all the way to our roasts in a tin for two or more.

Carnival After Party
Sunday 24th August – Good people of Notting Hill and further afield it has finally arrived once more and as you would expect the Metropolitan are ready and willing to celebrate in the grandest of style.
We welcome our carnival experts Brad Baloo, Ross Wakefield, DJ Hoop, James DB and Capstone for another outlandish party.
We will have live music from 12pm – 12am. Advanced tickets are available from wegottickets.com for £10, but be warned once these have gone (which they will quick smart)it will be £15, so get early doors.
Notting Hill Carnival
Monday 25th August – We will have music from 12pm – 11pm from Paul Casey, Adam Merton, Rejam Sound System and Tom Burnell. Advanced tickets are available from wegottickets.com for £5.
